Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 September 2026

This policy explains how Berries Kids School (“Berries”, “we”) handles personal information shared through this website. We keep it short and plain, because you have better things to do.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through our forms:

  • Callback requests: your phone number and, optionally, your name.
  • Admissions enquiries: your name, phone number, optional email, your child's name and age, the programme you're interested in, a preferred visit date and any message you write.

We don't ask for sensitive information online, and we'd ask you not to include it in messages.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry, call you back and arrange a visit.
  • To help with your child's admission if you decide to go ahead.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing.

Who else sees it

Enquiries are delivered to our admissions team using trusted service providers (for example, an email delivery service). They process the information only to deliver it to us. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, those services' own privacy terms also apply.

Cookies & analytics

This website doesn't use advertising cookies. If we add privacy-friendly visitor statistics in future, we will update this page.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and, if your child joins Berries, as part of their school records.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information you've shared with us at any time. Contact us and we'll help.

Children

This website is written for parents and guardians. We don't knowingly collect information directly from children, and we never publish children's photos without their parents' consent.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
